Job description

RXFIT/CrossFit Pine Barrens is a well established, state of the art, 7000 square foot training facility located in Rocky Point, NY. Along with CrossFit group classes, we offer Boot Camp, Sports Performance training for athletes, and Kids programs. We also have a full recovery room with physical therapy, massage, acupuncture and multiple recovery modalities (Infrared saunas, Normatec, Marcpro, Hypervolt, etc.)

We are searching for full-time and part-time coaches for CrossFit/HYROX.

Compensation ranges from $20-30 per hour for starting part time positions and $35,000+ for full time positions. We are looking for experienced coaches but will train individuals just completing their CrossFit Level 1. Starting compensation is based on experience.

Crossfit Coach minimum requirements:

-active CrossFit Level 1 Certificate or HYROX certification.

-able to work a fixed schedule based on assigned classes

Candidates should also be available to schedule and perform introductory sessions for beginners, and convert leads into members. Duties also include the ability to fulfill opening and closing gym responsibilities, as well as communicate class feedback and findings to supervisor for further business improvement
