Job description

RJ Liebe Athletic Lettering Co. the leading decorator of professional and collegiate uniforms is seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. Positions available include Laser Operators and Heat Press Operators. Ideal candidates must be dependable, safety minded, and comfortable working with precision machinery while following established procedures and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team setting.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, monitoring and adjusting equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, material shortages or process concerns in a timely manner.
  • Inspect items for quality, completeness and compliance with specifications before moving them to the next process.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and general care of equipment and surrounding area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Record production data, completed work and any issues encountered during shifts.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and all applicable safety guidelines.


Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience operating lasers or working in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is a plus but will train the right candidate.
  • Ability to complete basic math, read work instructions, technical documents and measurements tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods as required by the role.
