Description

We are seeking a driven, results focused DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution with our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. This role requires a strategic thinker, proactive leader and collaborative problem solver who can manage complex projects while aligning cross functional teams to deliver high quality modular building solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, fast paced projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Serve as a hands-on, leader driving safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance.
  • Act as a client focused communicator, managing relationships, reporting, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient, well planned site execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.ย 
  • Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management and reporting.
  • Support estimating efforts with a data driven and analytical approach.ย 
  • Develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions.ย 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.ย 
  • Lead structured program launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify risks and opportunities with a forward thinking, proactive mindset.
  • Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
  • Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members.
  • Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
  • Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment.
