Position Overview Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour 1 position available Work Schedule: 40 hours/week Max Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Flexible Preferred Dates: May 26-August 31 Position Overview: Are you an experienced swim instructor with a passion for teaching and leadership

Ready to take charge of an entire swim lesson program. Join our team as a Learn to Swim Manager and help coordinate, supervise, and train swim instructors while ensuring high-quality instruction and a positive learning experience for all participants. This position reports directly to the Aquatics Coordinator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the Learn to Swim program Schedule swim lessons and assign instructors Train, supervise, and evaluate swim instructors Lead on-site training and assist with certification completion Ensure lessons follow approved curriculum and safety standards Maintain program organization, documentation, and communication Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications & Skills: Must be at least 18 years of age Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and administrative abilities Ability to manage staff schedules and performance evaluations Minimum of three years of experience teaching or supervising swim lessons Current American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification required Additional Requirements: First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided if needed) Why Apply.
