Job Summary:

The Project Manager position involves overseeing multiple programs, ensuring the prioritization, planning, and execution of projects in line with strategic objectives, while managing stakeholder relationships and project performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues while effectively managing expectations.
• Stay apprised of strategic and operational goals of the client or business unit.
• Provide data and reporting to aid in aligning resources to projected pipeline.
• Manage risk, opportunity and interdependence across assigned projects.
• Establish project performance metrics that support project health checks to ensure delivery in line with established milestones.
• Actively engage to assist in returning troubled projects to a healthy state.
• Facilitate and implement Lessons Learned to validate and enhance current processes, templates, procedures and documentation.
• Create an environment that enables peak performance of team members.
• Actively manage software release cycles with the team and stakeholders.
• Achieve a consistent approach to project delivery, following agreed standards and best practices.
• Know and comply with Zoot’s Policies and Procedures, Code of Business Conduct, and Employee Agreement.

Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field required.
• 4+ years of work-related experience using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools. Or, an equal combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
• PMP Certification preferred.
