Job description

We are very busy and we are hiring commercial electricians.
Pay Rate Range
$27.00 to $32.00 an hour.
(Pay is based on skill level)
Location: Gainesville, Florida
We are hiring Commercial Electricians from all levels:
  • Journeyman.
  • Mechanics
Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical documents.
  • Measure, cut, and bend wires and conduits using measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
  • Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical components, equipment, or systems to ensure proper functioning.
  • Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings using hand and power tools.
  • Place conduits, pipes, or tubing in designated areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through to complete circuits.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches for conduits or moving heavy objects.
  • Inspect electrical units for proper connections and insulation using hand tools.
  • Remove electrical equipment, replace defective or worn parts, and reassemble equipment using hand tools.
  • Direct and assist less experienced employees as needed.
Qualifications
  • Speak, Read and Write English
  • Journeymen and foremen with at least 5 years of experience in the position.
  • Must be available to work 7 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday at minimum.
  • PPE and own basic tools required for the trade.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Good attitude and work well with others.
