The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Global Sales Training Manager to build and elevate world‑class sales capability across our global Customer Experience (CX) teams.

This role sits at the heart of our transformation to a value‑led, globally consistent sales organisation—designing and embedding scalable learning experiences that lift performance, strengthen customer conversations, and accelerate growth.

    • Storytelling and program pitching
    • Commercial conversations and objection handling
Translate Insight into Action
  • Turn complex product, market, and customer insights into simple, actionable sales guidance
  • Develop practical tools including playbooks, pitch narratives, and case studies
Measure Impact & Drive Growth
  • Define and track success through capability uplift, behaviour change, and sales performance outcomes
  • Link training directly to pipeline quality, win rates, and deal progression
  • Continuously refine and improve based on data and market feedback
Enable Markets to Win
  • Partner with market leaders to drive adoption, localisation, and continuous improvement
  • Balance global consistency with local relevance
  • Build scalable coaching frameworks and reinforcement tools
What Success Looks Like
  • Clear, measurable uplift in sales capability across global teams
  • High engagement and adoption of global learning programs
  • Stronger, more confident customer conversations and pitches
  • Faster ramp‑up for new team members
  • Tangible link between training and commercial performance outcomes
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in sales training, enablement, or capability building at scale
  • Expertise in learning design (eLearning, blended learning, applied practice)
  • Deep understanding of consultative / value‑based selling
  • Strong ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience working across global or multi‑market environments
  • Confidence influencing without authority and working cross‑functionally
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
