Joe Leone's - Immediate Full Time, Line Cook

Joe Leone's, is looking for a skilled cook to join our dynamic team. If you are a talented and motivated individual with a love for cooking, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble food items from the Classic Collections menu and Sandwich Menu.
  • Read and execute to-go order tickets displayed on a kitchen screen (POS system).
  • Follow all recipes and portion standards exactly as written.
  • Pack food neatly and securely for takeout and delivery orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
  • Operate kitchen equipment including slicers, ovens, grills, and more, safely and effectively.
  • Handle various types of bread correctly, ensuring sandwich consistency and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory at your station and communicate any shortages.
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods without compromising quality.
  • Practice excellent personal hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in a professional kitchen or high-volume food prep environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and standard operating procedures.
  • Comfortable using commercial kitchen equipment, including slicers.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of personal cleanliness and professionalism.
