We are seeking a full-time SERVICE PLUMBER.

Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30, rotating on-call with bonus.

Responsibilities:

· Use third-party software for dispatching and invoicing.

· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

· Collaborate with clients to identify plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions.

· Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures.

· Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding, and brazing to join pipes and secure fittings.

· Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

· Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.

· Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly during new construction or remodeling projects.

· Adhere to safety protocols and comply with building codes and regulations.

· Use drain cleaning equipment including gas powered jetting machine.

· Rotating after hours on call rotation with dispatching bonus.

Qualifications:

· Preference for 3+ years of experience in similar positions.

· Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems.

· Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to plumbing work.

· Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans.

· Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

· Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with plumbing work.
