Application development for Lenel Onguard and Genetec Application.
Administrate Lenel Onguard and Genetec Application.
Management of JIRA tickets for assigned applications.
Windows & Linux Server and System Administration
Configure and Install Lenel Onguard and Genetec Application.
Configure physical security tools as per requirement.
Runbook document detailing the applications and the server details including Vendor Recommended vs. Actual
Establish yourself as point of contact for support for physical security applications
Manage physical security applications by ensuring appropriate maintenance including patches, upgrades, resource changes, etc.
Collaborate with the Oncor physical security team and the physical security application vendors to ensure the solutions meet the needs of Oncor
Other duties related to physical security applications as requested by leadership.
Establish positive relationships with primary stakeholders
