The Project Supervisors are the primary technical resource for the installation and wiring of security equipment on a project.

The Project Supervisor will have a thorough understanding of installing and maintaining CCTV, Access Control, Intercom and Burglar Alarm systems in all facets especially related to Government and Commercial.

This experience should consist of systems; such as Avigilon, DMP, AMAG, Lenel, Software House, S2 and Honeywell Pro watch.

An understanding of SOW's, schematics, labor planning, labor costing and device installation best practices are a must.

Responsibilities

Responsible for site equipment installation based on the design package from the engineer

Responsible for reviewing project master schedule and

Identify potential site issues and work with project manager, programmer and or project engineer to resolve during the production phase

Responsible over seeing field labor assigned to their team

Responsible for daily updates to the project manager

Able to convey site status and site requirements to project management, project engineering teams

Responsible for oversee any subcontractors that are on the project

The site lead must also work with other trades on site and form a positive relationship with other trades to make sure the project goes smoothly

The site lead is responsible for managing materials once they have been delivered to the warehouse/site.

The site lead must also let the project manager know when they may need certain materials, tools or subcontracted labor.


Qualifications

Minimum requirements

8+ years relevant experience in the security commercial space

Must hold Lenel, Software House or Prowatch certification

Must know retrofitting of door frames and gates for electric locking hardware and peripheral devices
