Job Description

Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Hotel Food & Beverage Manager to support our partnership with LEGOLAND Florida Resort. This role is responsible for leading front-of-house operations across hotel dining outlets, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial and operational performance in a dynamic, family-focused resort environment.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

  • Lead daily front-of-house food & beverage operations across hotel outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards that align with brand expectations and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Monitor service efficiency, guest feedback, and operational performance, implementing improvements as needed
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution and product quality

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members using Aramark's coaching framework
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and recognition
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings and ongoing training to reinforce service standards and operational goals
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor productivity to support business needs

Guest & Client Experience

  • Maintain a strong floor presence, actively engaging with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships through consistent communication and operational updates
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience and drive repeat business

Financial Performance

  • Support ownership of P&L performance, including revenue growth and expense control
  • Drive sales through upselling strategies, promotions, and beverage program execution
  • Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs to meet or exceed financial targets
  • Utilize reporting tools and data to identify trends and improve performance

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with Aramark's Operational Excellence standards
  • Maintain strong inventory, ordering, and cost control practices
  • Improve workflows and efficiencies while maintaining service and quality standards
  • Oversee team performance to ensure consistency in execution

Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for guests and employees
  • Ensure adherence to all health, sanitation, safety, and labor regulations
  • Enforce company policies and procedures consistently

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hospitality experience, preferably in hotel, resort, or high-volume food & beverage operations
  • Supervisory or management experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and team engagement
  • Financial acumen with experience of managing costs and operational metrics
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs. as needed
