Join theLEGOBrand Retail team as aTemporarySales Associate (Brick Specialist)and provide inspirational guest experiencesin an interactive and vibrant store environment.We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on atemporary, part-time basis.This position will last 3 months with the possibility to transition into a permanent role based upon business needs.

Exceed our guests' expectations through fun and meaningful interactions

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious,friendlyand engaging mannerat all times(80%)

  • Provide a clean,safeand visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties,maintainingstoredisplaysand learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%)

  • Safely and efficientlyoperatethe store stockroom as youassistin the receiving of merchandise,maintainthe stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)

  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests

  • Process information/merchandise through the register system

  • Work various hours, days,nightsand weekends as business dictates

  • Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area

  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching,grabbingand standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

  • There is potential for this to become apermanentrole for excellent performers

  • Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not meanyou'llbe scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)

The hourly wage for the position has a range of$17.25-$18.25based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.The comprehensiveremunerationdetails, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
