We are currently accepting applications for an Operations Legal Support Specialist located in Midvale, Utah. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm in-office located at 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd., Midvale, UT 84047.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
  • Process legal documents that the corporation has been served including garnishments, levies, subpoenas, etc.
  • Perform necessary research, make recommendations and decisions, and resolve issues pertaining to legal documents.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with all applicable state and federal laws, statutes and regulations by analyzing and processing information relative to legal issues and documents.
  • Work with internal and external legal, law enforcement, Federal and State agencies, and public entities.
  • Provide customer support and resolve problems.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of banking, specifically bank operations or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Working knowledge of banking operations process and procedures.
  • Knowledge of garnishments, levies, subpoenas, etc and all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations helpful.
  • Must have excellent decision, resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
