  • Review, validate, test, and refine AI-generated code using sound engineering judgment.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver technology solutions that create real value.
  • Apply modern development practices including TDD, BDD, ATDD, unit testing, and automated testing.
  • Work with Azure DevOps, release pipelines, and automation to improve product delivery.
  • Help champion an agile mindset and share emerging technologies, AI practices, and development knowledge with the team.
  • Contribute to technology strategy and help drive continuous improvement across IT.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10 years of software development or related IT experience.
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of modern software architecture, testing methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience using AI-enabled development tools or agentic coding workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and helping others grow.
  • Agriculture or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact by improving how people work every day. You'll collaborate across the organization, work with modern technologies, and help shape the future of our business through innovation and continuous improvement.
