MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor''s degree. Two years of experience in software development and systems analysis are required. Additional related work experience in software development and systems analysis may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.

This vacancy is for a technical position within the Division of Regulatory & Utility Services in the Communications, Information and Technology Department (CITD). This area supports highly complex, mission critical applications and vendor packages with various interfaces, both internal and external to the County. This poisition is responsible for business processes and the impact of modifications to any of the above-mentioned applications. This position entails working cooperatively and professionally with technical staff, customers, and other members of the team. 

Preferences:

C#; ASP.NET; ADO.NET; EF; .NET framework V4 and above; .NET Core; HTML5/CSS and responsive UI; JavaScript/Typescript and/or MOdern UI frameworks; MVC architecture; Web Services and XML/JSON, SQL Server and/or Oracle; SSRS; Crystal Reports; SSIS; Power BI; Git; Scrum Agile Methodologies; RESTful API''s; experience with Salesforce platform.
