Our client is looking for a Full-Time Legal Secretary to support their growing legal team by managing daily administrative operations, coordinating communications, and helping ensure the smooth handling of legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excels at keeping multiple priorities on track. Their organization operates within the legal services industry and has experienced steady growth in recent years by expanding their client support capabilities and strengthening operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with outstanding English skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. They should be comfortable handling confidential information, communicating professionally with clients and legal professionals, and using technology to stay organized and productive. Prior legal experience is beneficial but not essential for someone eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars.
  • Coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, courts, and third parties.
  • Prepare legal forms, documents, and transcripts from dictated notes.
  • Organize legal documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative and legal support tasks as needed.
  • Ensure deadlines, appointments, and follow-ups are completed on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal information.
  • Support the legal team with general office coordination and workflow management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
