Legal Support Assistant

At Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP, our people are our greatest asset. We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Legal Support Assistant to join our team and help deliver an exceptional employee experience.
In this role, under minimal supervision, provide high-impact administrative support to lawyers, paralegals, legal and executive assistants, and assigned teams. Deliver exceptional, confidential service to internal and external clients while expertly triaging requests, streamlining workflow, and solving problems with sound judgment. Coordinate and deliver timely, high-quality work that keeps teams efficient, responsive, and moving forward.
What You'll Do
  • Proactively partner with internal and external clients to understand needs, recommend solutions, and deliver seamless, high-quality service.
  • Triage and manage on-site requests, quickly allocating resources and leveraging firm tools, best practices, and sound judgment to keep work moving efficiently and within operational standards.
  • Serve as a trusted on-site resource.
  • Coordinating depositions, arbitrations, meetings, conference rooms, meals, materials, and visitor needs.
  • Overseeing mailings, printing, copying, binders, document delivery, and quality control.
  • Coordinating document production and service requests for timely delivery.
  • Managing expense-report delegation and providing overflow support for partner and senior counsel calendaring and travel.
  • Providing on-site notary services and client/visitor assistance.
  • Proactively identifying operational needs and partnering with leadership and shared-service teams to resolve issues and elevate service.
  • Maintain a professional, responsive presence and actively contribute to team collaboration, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience.
