Job description

Purpose

The Full-Time Supervisor will utilize advanced office skills to provide day-to-day assistance to maintain the overall functionality of First Legal, Assignments, Affidavit of Indebtedness (AOI), Close-Hold-Proceed


Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities


•    Navigation and interpretation of department reports

•    Deep understanding of client SLA’s and directives in order to prioritize effectively

•    Consistently conducts team meetings

•    Monitoring pipelines

•    Monitor workflow and productivity

•    Identifying potential back logs and implementing proactive strategies

•    Addressing scorecard findings with the team and providing rebuttals

•    Coach and mentor employees for skill growth

•    Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.

•    Other duties as assigned



Job Requirements


Minimum Formal Education: 

    High School Diploma


Minimum Experience:  

    Over 5 years of Experience in Foreclosure.
