  • Own project management of implementations, including executing on internal processes, coordinating with relevant partners & aligning resources to successfully deliver a complete implementation.

  • Provide training sessions to your customers on how to operate within the Belfry platform.

  • Drive adoption and product engagement - monitor customer health, identify risks early and turn challenges into satisfaction wins.

  • Maintain calendar & inbox vigilance throughout the implementation period as to keep projects moving smoothly.

  • Work with various external partner organizations that provide embedded functionality in Belfry to complete setups as needed.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, drawing on Belfry's unique security industry capabilities to proactively advise customers on workflow improvements.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on creative solutions utilizing on-hand resources and internal support.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a startup
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary
  • An incredible team with fantastic experience and track record
  • Equity in a high growth start-up w/ a clear path to significant outcomes
  • Fully covered healthcare, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO (and strong encouragement to use it!) + 11 paid holidays
