The right candidates must be able to make well-reasoned, risk-based decisions without complete information and take accountability for outcomes, not just provide analysis. Candidates must be comfortable partnering closely with product, engineering, and business teams, balancing legal risk with business objectives in a pragmatic, solutions-oriented manner. We value attorneys who are confident making decisions and moving matters forward, rather than defaulting to escalation or over-conservatism.
