About Clifftop Law:
Clifftop Law is a growing and inclusive general legal practice dedicated to providing high-quality representation to individuals and families across Washington. We take pride in providing compassionate service and strong advocacy while maintaining an efficient and supportive workplace for our team. We are looking for a bilingual English-Spanish-speaking receptionist.

Daily work expectations include:
  • Greet clients and assist them with completing client intake and fee agreements.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.
  • Scheduling client appointments and confirming appointments.
  • Maintaining the waiting area, copy room, and conference room.
  • Scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents.
  • Collecting and routing mail.
  • Setting up payment plans, collecting and processing payments from clients.
  • Calling clients to collect payment.
  • Interpret for some clients and translate simple documents.
  • Assist attorneys with simple legal tasks.

Skills:
  • Legal receptionists must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with clients, attorneys, staff, and others.
  • They must also have the ability to operate multi-line telephone systems and office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, copiers, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills are important in taking effective messages and completing data entry.
  • Must also be familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and billing platforms.
  • Must be organized and be able to manage their time to complete various tasks.
