Position Summary
Stagg & Associates is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Previous experience working in a law firm, legal office, or professional services environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Maintain client records and perform data entry with accuracy.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
