Job description

Job Summary:
ClifyX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work closely with their Solution Manager in delivering critical projects for their Legal and Global Security business partner. The role involves managing key project deliverables and ensuring effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Aggregate detailed plans from multiple work streams into a single comprehensive project view
• Deal effectively with ambiguity and drive consensus with work stream leads
• Use Apple based tools for project reporting and communication (e.g Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, Miro)
• Structure projects either using Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies that best aligns with variety of projects within the portfolio
• Serve as the first point of issue escalation for the project delivery teams
• Document project work and status in Wrike (e.g. risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedule, tasks)
• Work closely with the Solution Manager on specific Change Management activities (e.g. comms creation and delivery)
• Coordinate deliverable development activities with the project's Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and assigned Business Stakeholders
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule
• Comfortable communicating project status, issues and risks to project sponsors and leadership
• Develop executive level project summaries as required using aforementioned Apple based tools
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 3 years of managing large scale and complex programs
• Large scale project management experience mandatory
• Strong familiarity using Apple based tools required (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike) mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment mandatory
• 10 years project management experience, of which minimal 3 years leading large scale projects
• Excellent verbal and communication skills mandatory - scrubbed deliverables requested
• Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision mandatory
• Ability to work with Leadership and contribute meaningfully to strategic planning initiatives mandatory
• Executive presence and ability to influence outcomes when identifying innovative opportunities, presenting plans and building support for process improvements mandatory
• Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail mandatory
Preferred:
• Experience in Legal operations a plus
