Dit vereist een optimale communicatie met de verscheidene diensten en (werf)teams binnen de organisatie, evenals een correcte communicatie naar onderaannemers en de klant toe.**Tot jouw takenpakket behoren:*** Onderhandelen van contracten met onderaannemers en leveranciers.* In samenwerking met verschillende diensten (o.a. calculatie en planning) dossiers samenstellen ter onderbouwing van claims (kostenberekeningen, vertragingen).* Ondersteunen van de werven inzake het naleven van contractuele afspraken t.a.v. de klant, onderaannemer(s) en leverancier(s) doorheen het project.* Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle contract-gerelateerde zaken gedurende de looptijd van het project voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders.* Zorgvuldig en consequent alle contractcorrespondentie en -documentatie laten bewaren.* Contractuele compliance processen opstellen en opvolgen, problemen met non-compliance identificeren.* Schrijven van brieven en claims.* Oplossingen bedenken en uitwerken voor het voorkomen en oplossen van geschillen.* De nodige input geven voor het succesvol behandelen van geschillen.Je bent een Master in rechten, Burgerlijk of Industrieel ingenieur of Handelsingenieur van opleiding met een goede kennis van het **aannemingsrecht**. Daarnaast ben je vertrouwd met de **private en publieke markt** en heb je een sterke affiniteit met het managen van **technische/juridische/financiële projecten**.
