Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents
โ€ข Handle mechanic's liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes
โ€ข Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files
โ€ข Support e-discovery processes and manage document databases
โ€ข Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed
Qualifications:
โ€ข Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
โ€ข 3-5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law
โ€ข Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic's liens, and construction law preferred
โ€ข Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
