A Greenville law firm is seeking a litigation legal assistant to support their litigation team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years recent litigation experience (defense preferred).
  • Transcription experience.
  • Knowledge of various court systems and procedures required.
  • Legal secretarial experience in a law firm setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Ability to determine work priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled typing ability and knowledge of case management systems.
  • Knowledge of court and administrative hearing rules and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the techniques of receiving callers, making appointments, giving information, and explaining instructions and guidelines.
  • Ability to work individually or a team member.
  • Willingness to participate in shared office duties and requirements.
