Seacoast Law, PLLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate part-time Legal Assistant/Victim Advocate to join our growing practice.
This position combines traditional legal assistant responsibilities with victim advocacy support in criminal prosecution matters. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with defendants, victims, and police departments, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Seacoast Law, PLLC is a boutique law firm located in Dover, New Hampshire focusing on estate planning, probate administration, civil litigation, and municipal prosecution. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional client service while fostering a collaborative and supportive office environment.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in criminal matters.
Draft correspondence and legal documents.
Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and case deadlines.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic client files.
Communicate professionally with defendants, victims, courts, law enforcement, and other agencies.
Assist victims throughout the criminal justice process by providing information, resources, and ongoing communication.
Coordinate with prosecutors, police departments, and victim service agencies.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Prior legal assistant, paralegal, victim advocate, or comparable experience preferred, but not required.
