What is a legal intake sales professional?

A Legal Intake Sales professional is responsible for handling initial inquiries from potential clients at a law firm or legal service provider. They gather essential case information, assess the needs of callers, and determine if the case aligns with the firm's practice areas. In addition to customer service, they use sales techniques to convert inquiries into new clients for the firm. Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy are crucial soft skills for building trust and rapport with potential clients. These skills and qualities are vital to effectively convert inquiries into clients while ensuring a positive representation of the legal firm.
