Job description

We are seeking candidates with 1+ year of experience in legal document reproduction to join our team in St. Louis!

The Legal Document Production Specialist provides document creation, editing, formatting, and production support for attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff. This position is responsible for printing and copying legal documents, pleadings, contracts, briefs, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to court and client requirements. The specialist works in a fast-paced environment and often handles time-sensitive requests with competing deadlines.

The Copy/Mail Office Service Specialist role is responsible for providing on-site Copy/Mail/Shipping Support Services. Other duties include:

  • Print, format, and revise a variety of legal documents, including:

    • Pleadings
    • Motions
    • Briefs
    • Contracts
    • Discovery documents
    • Corporate records
    • Client correspondence
    • Legal memorand
  • Perform document conversions between Microsoft Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, and other formats

  • Manage large-scale document production projects
  • Conduct quality control reviews to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and properly formatted

  • Maintain confidentiality of client, case, and firm information


Ideal candidates have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in a hospitality role is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:

  • Prior Corporate or Hotel Experience a plus!
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; willingness to cross-train for other job functions
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
