LEGAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO MANAGING PARTNER

ONSITE | OCCASIONAL TRAVEL

DIRECT HIRE | N. DALLAS

Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support the Managing Partner of our client, a prestigious and well-established law firm in the Galleria area of Dallas


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and manage the Managing Partner’s high-volume email communications throughout the day
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, hearings, mediations, travel schedules, and daily priorities
  • Assist with client intake coordination and ongoing client communication
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Managing Partner, clients, attorneys, court personnel, opposing counsel, and internal departments
  • Prepare conference rooms, Zoom meetings, phone conferences, hearing materials, laptops, and briefing documents
  • Ensure the Managing Partner is fully prepared for meetings, hearings, mediations, and travel
  • Travel locally when needed with the Managing Partner to hearings, mediations, depositions, and meetings
  • Handle urgent requests and critical communications quickly, professionally, and discreetly
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner’s legal teams to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Help protect and manage the Managing Partner’s time by anticipating needs and proactively solving problems
  • Work overtime as necessary, including occasional evenings


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or high-level administrative support experience required
  • Prior experience supporting attorneys, executives, or managing partners strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, analytical, and time-management skil
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn legal software and systems
  • Experience with legal document management systems such as Hummingbird eDocs, PACER, ProDoc, E-filing, Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Professional appearance and adherence to firm dress code standards required
