Village Capital is a well-established mortgage company committed to delivering a quick, efficient, and quality mortgage loan process to our customers and business partners. We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and review data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Collect data from various sources, including physical documents, digital files, and emails.
  • Ensure all data is entered in the correct format and aligned with company guidelines.
  • Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.
  • Perform regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain and update databases with current and accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of all data entry activities.
  • Ensure all documents and files are organized and stored securely.
  • Create and update reports based on data entered.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify data.
  • Respond to data-related queries from internal teams and clients.
  • Escalate issues or inconsistencies to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Handle sensitive data with professionalism and discretion as well as company policies and regulatory standards.
