As a client service manager in Personal Lines, you’ll deliver more than service, you’ll guide clients through key decisions, manage renewals independently, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage. How you'll make an impact
  • Own a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, delivering high-quality, relationship-driven service and coverage guidance.
  • Independently manage renewals, review policies, update details, and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
  • Build strong relationships by simplifying complex coverage and enabling confident client decisions.
  • Conduct risk-focused conversations to identify exposures and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strengthen accounts by identifying gaps and supporting cross-sell and rounding opportunities.
  • Support remarketing efforts to secure optimal coverage and pricing aligned to client needs.
