The firm also has dedicated Social Security disability lawyers who help residents of Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia secure benefits through the appeals process. Founded in 1985 by Andrew Bederman and Roger Greenberg, the firm has decades of experience advocating for injured and disabled clients. Headquartered in Silver Spring, MD, Greenberg & Bederman is licensed to practice personal injury, medical malpractice, and Social Security disability law in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

Role Description The Legal Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Silver Spring, MD. This position supports attorneys through preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining case files, and managing calendars and deadlines. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies; drafting correspondence; and assisting with intake and case updates. The Legal Assistant will also perform administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, filing, and coordinating records needed for personal injury, medical malpractice, Social Security disability, and related cases.
