Job description

Major personal injury law firm is seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (Spanish) Legal Case Manager to join their growing team. Legal Case Managers play a vital role in the pre-litigation process, handling intake, client communication, document collection, medical coordination, and administrative support.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through litigation referral
  • Conduct detailed intakes and enter client information into case management system
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with clients to provide updates and support
  • Schedule client appointments, organize case files, and coordinate medical treatment
  • Report claims to insurance companies, initiate No-Fault benefits, and draft standard correspondence
  • Assist attorneys with investigations and pre-claim document preparation
  • Request, track, and organize medical records and supporting documentation


Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Personal Injury experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with case management software is a plus
  • Team player with ability to work independently, showing initiative and professionalism
  • Must be able to work fully in-office Monday-Friday
