Position Summary

Elvis Banks Law Firm is seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Front Desk / Legal Assistant to join our growing team. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in supporting attorney Banks and case managers throughout the personal injury claims process.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.


Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Schedule consultations and appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.

Client Intake

  • Conduct new client intake interviews.
  • Collect and verify client information.
  • Open new case files.
  • Obtain accident, insurance, and medical information.
  • Ensure all intake documentation is completed accurately.

Legal Assistant Duties

  • Maintain electronic and physical case files.
  • Request and organize medical records and bills.
  • Communicate with medical providers and insurance companies.
  • Schedule client, attorney, and provider appointments.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation.
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents.
  • Track deadlines and follow-up tasks.

Administrative Support

  • Scan, upload, and organize documents.
