Personal Injury Paralegal
Legal Solutions Group, PC - Myrtle Beach, SC

A well respected Myrtle Beach law firm seeks an experienced legal assistant / paralegal to join their busy practice.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule hearings.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
  • Docket cases and file maintenance.
  • Maintain court dockets and diaries.
  • File and serve pleadings.
  • Provide information to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of legal, secretarial, and office practices.
  • 3+ years personal injury legal assistant experience required
  • Able to handle large volume of cases.
  • Ability to determine work priorities and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with personal computers, hardware, software, and related applications and systems (MS Office/Word/Outlook).
  • Ability to compose correspondence and reports.
  • Working knowledge of court and administrative hearing rules and procedures.
  • Knowledge of correct English usage, spelling, punctuation, and legal terminology.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills.
