As an Immigration Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our team provide exceptional service to clients navigating complex immigration matters. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and client-focused support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review immigration intake forms for accuracy and completeness
  • Review and organize supporting documentation for immigration filings
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with case preparation and file management
  • Draft client declarations and other supporting legal documents
  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Schedule meetings, consultations, and appointments
