Senior Project Manager position for large HVAC/Plumbing Contractor in Sacramento, CA We are a large, growing HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical Contractor currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position with a great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. Responsibilities: Meet with Owners and General Contractors Coordinate with Subcontractors Manage project schedule, budget, change-orders Submit RFI's Ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget Required experience: Work on large hvac/plumbing projects for Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor Local in Sacramento Stable work-history Preferred qualifications: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management LEED AP Certification Technical knowledge in MS Project, Quickpen, BlueBeam, Viewpoint, among others Prior field experience.
