Practice emergency medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.

We are a physician-led emergency medicine group hiring BC/BE Emergency Medicine physicians for our modern, low-volume freestanding emergency departments in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. We operate two freestanding ER locations today — El Mirage and Fountain Hills — with two more opening in the next 12 months: a new ER in Tempe and a micro-hospital in Central Phoenix, creating immediate leadership and growth opportunities.

Practice Overview & Culture

  • 18–24 total patients per day — time to think, teach, and actually talk with your patients
  • Excellent patient satisfaction: 4.8 Google rating across 5,000+ patient reviews
  • Full support staff and on-site imaging and lab: CT, X-ray, ultrasound, EKG
  • Collegial, team-oriented culture — patient-focused physicians, strong emphasis on collaboration, professionalism, and positive group dynamics

Compensation (1099 Independent Contractor) — $350,000–$390,000+

  • Day shifts: $2,300 Night shifts: $2,500
  • Work 13+ shifts/month and rates increase retroactively across all shifts that month: Day $2,500 Night $2,800
  • Observation patients: $150 per patient (typically 1–2 per shift)
  • Physicians working 13 shifts/month with benefits are earning $390,000 and up — plus benefits on top
