Job description

USAP-Indiana is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their physician-led partnership at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional anesthesia care across a diverse range of cases, including OBGYN, general, orthopedics, plastics, neuro, spine, and colorectal. The position is designed to support a true work-life balance while maintaining excellent earning potential within a growing community.

Practice Info

  • USAP Indiana is a physician-led partnership of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and practice management professionals.
  • The group has provided anesthesia care throughout the Fort Wayne area for more than 40 years.
  • Dupont Hospital is a 131-bed hospital with 12 ORs.
  • The ASC has 12 ORs and 2 Endo suites.
  • Cases include OBGYN, general, orthopedics, plastics, neuro, spine, and colorectal.
  • ASC cases include scopes, plastics, and pain for pump implants.

Compensation

  • Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $500,000
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus
  • Additional earning potential available
