Job description

TemPres Clerk

For over 90 years, LECO has been a leader in the development and production of world class laboratory instruments delivering state-of-the-art products nationwide and across the globe. Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, LECO continues to be a family-owned company that understands the value of shared interests, long-term stability, loyalty, and trust.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, OT as necessary

Position Summary:

We are seeking an office manager to be responsible for the general operations of the office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies, and taking proper inventory.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain SPC records
  • Receive purchase orders
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Be able to complete tasks in Oracle
  • Extract information for time studies in Oracle
  • Research times in Oracle
  • Use of PDM works and print blueprints
  • Enter info for scrap on Excel
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Maintain chemical safety data sheets for the facility

Position Requirements:

  • Able to read engineering drawings and process sheets
  • Work order processing
  • Internal scrap and rework processing
  • Printing production and prototype work orders

Education/Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • All oracle applications related to TemPres
  • Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
