Responsibilities:

1. Kitchen Management: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established recipes and standards.


2. Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to the prep team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Assist in training and development of culinary team members.


3. Quality Control: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistency in the preparation.


4. Ordering and Inventory: Assist in managing inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients, and monitoring stock to minimize waste and maintain freshness.


5. Cooking skills: Experienced and comfortable utilizing different cooking techniques in order to prepare protein, sauces, vegetables etc.


6. Collaboration with Chef / manager: Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and general manager to align kitchen strategies, share insights, and collectively drive the success of the culinary team.


7. Flexibility and Cross-Training: Be adaptable and willing to cover various kitchen stations and positions as needed, contributing to a well-rounded and cohesive kitchen team.
