The Leave of Absence Administrator administers DCI's leave program for approximately 5,000 employees across 29 states. This role ensures compliance with federal and state leave laws, supports employees and managers through the leave process, and collaborates with internal departments to facilitate smooth transitions. Success is defined by timely leave processing, accurate guidance, and high employee satisfaction.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday.

Compensation: Pay range $55k-$68k, depending on experience; experience not required

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

Program Administration

Manage LOA programs across all DCI facilities. Maintain current knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and state-specific leave laws. Coordinate return-to-work processes with stakeholders.

Employee & Manager Support

Provide consultation on leave eligibility, protections, and benefits. Serve as a resource for corporate and field leadership. Communicate leave policies and PTO usage clearly.

Cross-Department Collaboration

   Work with Payroll, Benefits, and Worker's Comp teams to ensure accurate leave processing. Document and communicate leave-related decisions.

Qualifications

Successful Candidates Bring:

Education/Training:

  • Minimum: High School Education, college degree preferred
  • Preferred: Leave certification
  • Experience may substitute for education where applicable
