Job description

On-site | Knoxville, TN (Mon–Fri) β€’ 6-month contract coverage

This role is best for someone who enjoys structured workflows, takes pride in consistent execution, and can manage a high-volume case/queue with strong documentation and follow-through. You’ll support a busy Leave Administration team by keeping operational work moving accurately and on time through case updates, documentation packet processing, and policy-driven steps in a ticketing-style workflow.

This is not the best fit if you need frequent variety day-to-day, prefer relationship-heavy HR work, or are seeking a hybrid/remote schedule.

You’ll likely thrive here if you:

  • Prefer repeatable tasks and clear process steps
  • Are detail-first and value accuracy, documentation, and compliance
  • Take ownership without needing constant direction
  • Stay steady and productive in a high-volume environment

Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
