  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows/mirrors.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Assist guests by responding to inquiries and fulfilling requests as needed.
  • Report maintenance issues or missing items and turn in lost and found items promptly.
  • Follow safety protocols and participate in deep cleaning programs as assigned.
