Job description

OVERVIEW
Administer the Leave of Absence Policy for all Sheetz/CLI employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Review Leave of Absence forms (FMLA, Intermittent FMLA, Sheetz Medical, Military, Personal) received from Sheetz/CLI to include tracking, reviewing for accuracy, complete information, etc.
2. Communicate to store and support department managers the status of an employee's LOA request (approved, not approved, incomplete, etc.).
3. Generate and send letters to employees regarding their LOA (approved, not approved, incomplete, etc.).
4. Provide short term disability claim process information to employees who meet eligibility guidelines.
5. Assist employees and store and department managers, as appropriate, with questions regarding leave of absence, short term disability and long term disability.
6. Respond to concerns or questions from managers and employees regarding the Leave of Absence process, status of respective employees, including return to work and restrictions or accommodations.
7. Responsible for responding to Employee Hotline calls regarding the Leave of Absence process or Short Term Disability claims.
8. Communicate leave terminations to employees and answer all offboarding questions; enter leave related terminations in HRIS systems.
9. Respond to and investigate Leave of Absence termination disputes and concerns with employees.
10. Update HRIS systems to match correct LOA dates including scanning, verifying, and indexing all confidential LOA documents into M-files.
11. Generate reports as needed or requested.
12. Perform other duties and assist with projects as needed.
