Job description

We are looking for a Leasing & Marketing Agent to join our team and manage leasing activity for residential properties located in Little Havana, Miami.

Compensation: $17$22 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)

This role combines leasing operations and marketing responsibilities. The right candidate should be comfortable both working with prospective tenants and actively promoting available units online.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to leasing inquiries and coordinating property tours
Managing the leasing pipeline from first contact to signed lease
Creating and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, and rental platforms to promote available units
Supporting marketing efforts to increase occupancy and visibility of the properties
Working with the operations team to maintain strong leasing performance

Our properties are located in Little Havana, close to Downtown and Brickell, and include modern residential units with amenities such as pools and shared spaces.

This role offers a growth opportunity. Strong performers may be promoted to Leasing Manager within 68 months based on performance.

We are looking for someone organized, proactive, comfortable on camera or social media, and motivated to drive leasing results.
