We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Leasing Agent / Assistant Manager to join our onsite management team. As the "face" of our community, this hybrid role is responsible for driving occupancy through savvy salesmanship while ensuring the daily operations and resident relations run like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities:

Leasing and Sales: Utilize exceptional communication and sales skills to drive occupancy and generate new leases
Resident Relations: Build strong relationships with current residents, responding to concerns, and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner
Operations Management: Assist in the daily operations of the community, including managing maintenance requests, coordinating events, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Team Support: Provide guidance and support to other team members, including leasing agents and maintenance staff
