LEASING CONSULTANT

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultant to lead leasing efforts at one of our apartment communities in Fort Worth, TX. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role ideal for someone with a strong background in multifamily leasing, excellent marketing skills, and a proven ability to secure leases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment community
  • Attract and retain qualified residents through innovative marketing strategies and community outreach
  • Manage the entire leasing process: touring, application processing, and move-ins
  • Maintain high occupancy by proactively following up on leads and closing deals
  • Ensure online listings, and signage are up-to-date and effective
  • Collaborate with on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain resident satisfaction
  • Track leasing activity


What We’re Looking For:

  • Apartment leasing or multifamily housing is preferred
  • Strong background in marketing, lead generation, and closing leases
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
