Madison, WI
Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking an upbeat, service-minded, Mobile Leasing Agent. This position requires traveling to all Madison area properties and is partially field based. Candidates should live in the Madison, Milwaukee, Rockford, IL areas. Travel outside of these areas is expected to be approximately 50% of the time after our properties have been stabilized.

The Mobile Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to scheduling property tours, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, excels at collaboration with other teammates, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Must have reliable transportation to and from work and willing to work onsite at assigned locations.
Qualifications
  • Cheerful, Positive Attitude
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively both onsite and in a remote setting with travel up to 50% of the time to other properties
  • Leasing experience in affordable, HUD and or tax credits
  • Personal Smart Phone technology required
  • OneSite experience is a plus
  • LIHTC experience is a plus
Compensation* $29-$31
*Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
