Job description

Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for aย full-time Leasing Professionalย to join our brand-new community, Caroline Heights Apartments in Elm Grove, WI.ย 

If you excel at customer service, are personable, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and embody a professional demeanor, you're a great fit for a role as a Leasing Professional with Mandel! As a Leasing Professional, you'll handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and week, dabbling in sales, marketing and resident retention duties. You'll work closely with the other office team members and facilities staff to make each day amazing for your residents and ensure weโ€™re providing the finest customer service possible.


Previous sales experience and/or leasing is strongly preferred along with computer skills. Please note that leasing positions will require weekend shifts.

What you'll do as a Leasing Professional:

  • Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community
  • Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units
  • Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments
  • Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template
  • Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times
  • Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team
  • Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns
  • General administrative duties
  • Create and manage engaging social media content that highlights the lifestyle, amenities, and resident experience at the property to attract and retain prospective renters
  • Other duties to assist overall property management efforts
